Booking & Payment

• Advance booking is required to confirm participation in the experience
• Full payment or any agreed deposit must be completed before the experience date unless otherwise communicated by The Boonies Africa.
• Bookings are considered confirmed only upon payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure may qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure may be subject to administrative charges.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

Changes, Rescheduling & Trip Cancellation

• The Boonies Africa reserves the right to adjust schedules, routes, activities, or cancel the experience due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, insufficient participation, road conditions, or other reasonable circumstances beyond its control.
• In such cases, participants may be offered: a rescheduled experience date, or a full refund should they prefer not to participate on the rescheduled date.

Participant Responsibility

• Participants are expected to follow guidance and safety instructions provided during the experience.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in hiking, nature walks, and outdoor activities included in the itinerary.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the experience.

Health & Safety

• Participants are encouraged to disclose any relevant medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect participation.
• The Boonies Africa reserves the right to decline participation in activities that may pose safety concerns to the participant or the group.

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be captured during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional content are encouraged to notify the organizing team in advance.

Conduct & Respect

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, local communities, conservation sites, and partner service providers throughout the experience.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience or compromises safety may result in removal from activities without refund.

Force Majeure

• The Boonies Africa shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or disruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, road disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
